Does it look like it? Yes, it does, and what it looks like is one of those nights for a brutal, bloodthirsty and grotesque session of lycanthropy. By the way, those cypresses where a frightening full moon appears, represent death or the peace of cemeteries, as we want to interpret it. That moon winks at us, it warns us that the slaughter is coming and almost no one will be safe.
The simplicity of this engraving is spectacular. Some greens here in the form of slender spears, a sky between grey and light green, and a yellow moon that, depending on how you look at it, disguises itself as the sun, make this work a pact with a relaxed and not imposed peace, where observation gives us guidelines to immerse ourselves in that haven of nocturnal tranquility waiting for who knows if a woman or a werewolf to take us to eternal peace.
Whoever comes, we will wait for them without surprises, totally isolated from everything that happens around us and with our gaze fixed like a target on that deep landscape that calls us to occupy it, but if we dare to disturb that haven of peace of that place we will have desecrated a sanctuary not created for humans and that belongs only to the world of art.
