El cielo está cuadriculado.... es lo que nos promete la arquitectura actual. El encarecimiento gracias al mercado, del suelo para construir viviendas obliga a que los nuevos espacios vitales sean literalmente cuadrados o rectangulares. La razón es muy simple, utilizando el ángulo recto se aprovecha más el espacio y todo es más sencillo de encajar.
Y esta fotografía representa eso, el ángulo recto de la construcción enmarcado en otros ángulos rectos por el cual observamos ya que somos mirones por naturaleza. Vamos a la salas cinematográficas porque en realidad es una gran ventana donde observamos sin ser vistos a pesar que los que están fuera saben perfectamente que estamos ahí y que vamos a juzgarlos sin piedad. Se llama voyerismo y nos incita a la lujuria, casi al deseo sexual, y por lo tanto al pecado, por cierto, muy apetitoso para la gran mayoría.
Por lo tanto estamos ante una proyección de lo que está fuera lleno de ángulos y líneas rectas, en perfecta armonía, en perfecta sencillez, ya que no nos obliga a realizar ningún esfuerzo intelectual para entender, todo es tal y como se muestra, sin trampa ni cartón. Me atrevería a decir que estamos ante la pureza de la arquitectura.
The sky is squared... that is what current architecture promises us. The rise in the price of land for building houses, thanks to the market, forces new living spaces to be literally square or rectangular. The reason is very simple, using the right angle makes better use of the space and everything is easier to fit in.
And this photograph represents that, the right angle of the construction framed in other right angles through which we observe since we are voyeurs by nature. We go to the movie theaters because in reality it is a large window where we observe without being seen even though those outside know perfectly well that we are there and that we are going to judge them mercilessly. It is called voyeurism and it incites us to lust, almost to sexual desire, and therefore to sin, by the way, very appetizing for the great majority.
We are therefore faced with a projection of what is outside, full of angles and straight lines, in perfect harmony, in perfect simplicity, since it does not require us to make any intellectual effort to understand, everything is as it is shown, without tricks or gimmicks. I would dare to say that we are faced with the purity of architecture.
