Ensoñación daliniana podría llegar a decirse de esta espeluznante obra del maestro. Un atleta de otro tiempo mas futurible que los actuales o de otra civilización mas avanzada que la nuestra posa para nosotros como un clásico ídolo héroe de Olimpia a lo discóbolo de Mirón en un ambiente tremendamente hostil ya que con una de sus manos agarra el Sol que ayudó a que germinar la vida en la tierra y que luego, en otro tiempo venidero, la condenará a la desaparición absoluta.
Un héroe sí que lo es porque entre fanfarrias lo aclaman otros atletas aunque puede llegar a ser un héroe con los pies de barro ya que en su interior, entre esas ventanas que se abren en su cuerpo, se percibe el vacío como vacío estaba el coloso de Rodas, una de las maravillas del mundo antiguo y que desconozco si su misión era la vigilancia de su puerto o cualquier otra.
Es un poco infernal el asunto o de un futuro caótico como las películas que estamos acostumbrados a ver sobre años venideros en la cuales luchamos por el agua, el aire, o por relaciones sexuales vayas a saber con quién. Lo cierto es que esta obra no sé si nos da a entender que llegaremos a una evolución humana positiva (¿?) de la mano de la preparación física o lo único que nos quedará será el deporte como entendimiento humano, o como idioma universal.
