Permanentemente se están disculpando por no poder atendernos. Siempre esperando, en una cola, a que nos toque nuestro turno para que luego una maquina te diga lo que tenemos que hacer, o que está tremendamente disgustada por no poder hacer una cosa que antes lo hacía un ser humano. En este caso es una maquina humanizada; la cara de esta mujer angelical nos sonríe, y nos ofrece una cierta complicidad, como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida, no nos ponen la cara de un hipopótamo porque así a este cajero no lo harían mas humano y quien sabe si provocaría una tumulto social contra las maquinas. Dar un puñetazo a la pantalla donde esta bella señorita nos dice que lo siente podría considerarse agresión y no porque esto fuera recogido en el código penal, sino porque en nuestro interior nos han hecho creer que la maquina es humana.
